As Project Manager for the Home category at El Corte Inglés, I orchestrated the production of high-impact visuals for both own-brand and international products, destined for e-commerce and seasonal campaigns. I coordinated the entire photography workflow—from planning to final delivery—ensuring every shot met the highest standards of quality and aligned perfectly with the brand’s creative and commercial goals.
Working hand-in-hand with creative, marketing, and buying teams, I streamlined communication and resources, managing multiple productions simultaneously. I led internal and external teams of 8 to 16 people, fostering collaboration, maintaining visual consistency, and keeping deadlines non-negotiable.
By applying Scrum methodology, I brought structure and flexibility to the process, breaking down complex productions into manageable sprints and stand-ups. This agile approach helped us stay efficient, adaptive, and always focused on delivering top-tier results—on time and on brand.
